The schools we will visit are:
- Elmhurst Community Prep and Alliance Academy (Elmhurst Campus)
- Melrose Leadership Academy
- Urban Promise Academy
- Oakland International High School (Walqui, Aida.(2004) International high school , Long Island city, New York; A focus on instructional practices and curriculum integration.) This is a case study on the International High School model upon which Oakland International high school was based. This material can be used as a reference for the site visits. It provides description on instructional practices and curriculum integration used within this model.
