We look forward to seeing all of you in Sacramento on October 28th & 29th. The meeting is being held at the Doubletree by Hilton Sacramento, located at 2001 Point West Way, Sacramento, CA 95815. The main meeting space will be the Garden and Terrace Rooms and we will be utilizing the American River Room and the Rubicon River Room for breakout sessions. Below we have outlined relevant logistic information, including schedule, travel information, and locations for all meeting activities.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
The California Collaborative on District Reform will reimburse you for your coach class airfare and/or mileage and other travel expenses. A new version of our Travel Reimbursement Instructions is available in Dropbox. We will also provide print copies of the instructions at the meeting. Please retain and submit your receipts for reimbursement.
Local Airports:
Please plan to make your own travel arrangements to and from the Sacramento area (i.e., flights, ground transportation, etc.). If you have any questions, feel free to contact Emily Agopian at eagopian@air.org.
Sacramento Airport (SMF); 14.5 miles from Double Tree Sacramento
Ground Transportation:
You are welcome either to rent a car or to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft or shuttle service to and from the airport. The Collaborative will reimburse you for these travel expenses. There will not be carpools for this meeting as the group hotel block is at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento.
