We look forward to seeing all of you in Santa Ana on May 3 - 4. The meeting is hosted by Santa Ana Unified School District and will convene in Century High School’s library. Below we have outlined relevant logistic information, including schedule, travel information, and locations for all meeting activities.

Wednesday, May 3
7:50 am Meet in hotel lobby if you are assigned a carpool
8:30 am Light breakfast at meeting venue (Library hallway)
9:00 am Meeting will commence
5:00 pm Adjourn for the day
6:00 pm Wine reception and dinner at Antonello's Ristorante
Thursday, May 4

TRAVEL INFORMATION
The California Collaborative on District Reform will reimburse you for your coach class airfare and/or mileage and other travel expenses. Please see the Travel Reimbursement instructions in Dropbox for more details. Please retain and submit your receipts for reimbursement.
Local Airports:

Los Angeles Airport (LAX); 43 miles from meeting venue, 43 miles from hotel
Ground Transportation:
You are welcome either to rent a car or to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft or shuttle service to and from the airport. The Collaborative will reimburse you for these travel expenses. For travel between the meeting venue and hotel, we will arrange carpool assignments the week of Monday, April 24th for those who indicated they needed a carpool. Please note that the Raptor Visitor Management System is used in all SAUSD schools to build on the district’s program of campus safety for students and staff. Visitors will be asked to present a valid state-issued ID, a passport card, or a Matricula Consular, which will be scanned into the system. Please allow an extra 10-15 minutes for this process upon arrival to the library.
