We look forward to seeing all of you in Sacramento on November 9-10. The meeting is hosted by Sacramento City Unified School District (SCUSD) and will convene in SCUSD's Community Rooms. Below we have outlined relevant logistic information, including schedule, travel information, and locations for all meeting activities.
MEETING SCHEDULE
Wednesday, November 9
8:00 am Meet in hotel lobby if you are assigned a carpool
8:30 am Light breakfast at meeting venue (South Carolina Room)
9:00 am Meeting will commence
5:00 pm Adjourn for the day
6:00 pm Wine reception and dinner at Scott's Seafood
Thursday, November 10
8:00 am Meet in hotel lobby if you are assigned a carpool
8:30 am Light breakfast at meeting venue (South Carolina Room)
9:00 am Meeting will commence
2:00 pm Adjourn meeting
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The California Collaborative on District Reform will reimburse you for your coach class airfare and/or mileage and other travel expenses. Please see the Travel Reimbursement instructions in Dropbox for more details. Please retain and submit your receipts for reimbursement.
Local Airports:

Ground Transportation:
You are welcome either to rent a car or to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft or shuttle service to and from the airport. The Collaborative will reimburse you for these travel expenses. For travel between the meeting venue and hotel, we have arranged carpool assignments for those who indicated they needed a carpool. Please see the Carpool List on Dropbox for more details.
