We look forward to seeing all of you in Burbank on June 23-24. The meeting is hosted by Burbank Unified School District and will convene in John Burroughs High School’s Multipurpose Room. Below we have outlined relevant logistic information, including schedule, travel information, and locations for all meeting activities.

Thursday, June 23
8:00 am Meet in hotel lobby if you are assigned a carpool
8:30 am Light breakfast at meeting venue
9:00 am Meeting will commence
5:00 pm Adjourn for the day
6:00 pm Wine reception and dinner at Castaway
Friday, June 24
8:00 am Meet in hotel lobby if you are assigned a carpool

TRAVEL INFORMATION
The California Collaborative on District Reform will reimburse you for your coach class airfare and/or mileage and other travel expenses. Please see the Travel Reimbursement instructions in Dropbox for more details. Please retain and submit your receipts for reimbursement.

Ground Transportation:
You are welcome either to rent a car or to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft or shuttle service to and from the airport. The Collaborative will reimburse you for these travel expenses. For travel between the meeting venue and hotel, we have arranged carpool assignments for those who indicated they needed a carpool. Please see Carpool List for more details.
