We look forward to seeing all of you in Long Beach on March 29-30. The meeting is hosted by Long Beach Unified School District and will convene in Richard D. Browning High School’s Multipurpose Room. Below we have outlined relevant logistic information, including schedule, travel information, and locations for all meeting activities.
MEETING SCHEDULE
Tuesday, March 29
8:00 am Meet in hotel lobby if you are assigned a carpool (see Carpool List for details)
8:30 am Light breakfast at meeting venue
9:00 am Meeting will commence
5:00 pm Adjourn for the day
6:00 pm Meeting in hotel lobby to walk to restaurant
6:15 pm Reception and dinner at Gladstone's (dinner begins at 7pm)
Wednesday, March 30
8:00 am Meet in hotel lobby if you are assigned a carpool (see Carpool List for details)
8:30 am Light breakfast at meeting venue
8:45 am Meeting will commence
2:00 pm Adjourn meeting
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The California Collaborative on District Reform will reimburse you for your coach class airfare and/or mileage and other travel expenses. Please see the Travel Reimbursement instructions in Dropbox for more details. Please retain and submit your receipts for reimbursement.

Ground Transportation:
You are welcome either to rent a car or to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft or shuttle service to and from the airport. The Collaborative will reimburse you for these travel expenses. For travel between the meeting venue and hotel, we have arranged carpool assignments for those who indicated they needed a carpool. Please see Carpool List for more details.

WALKING DIRECTIONS FROM HOTEL TO DINNER
Head south on Pine Ave toward W Ocean Blvd for 0.4 miles (approximately 8 minutes). After crossing E Shoreline Dr, Gladstone’s is straight ahead (in between Tokyo Wako and Nautilus Shell Shoreline Village).
