We look forward to seeing all of you at the Elk Grove Education Association office, hosted by the Elk Grove Unified School District, March 28-29. Below, we have outlined relevant logistic information. 

MEETING SCHEDULE

Thursday, March 28
8:00 am         Meet fellow meeting participants in hotel lobby to carpool to the meeting
8:30 am         Light breakfast will be available
9:00 am         Meeting will commence
5:00 pm         Adjourn for the day
6:30 pm         Wine reception and dinner 
 

Friday, March 29
8:00 am          Meet fellow meeting participants in hotel lobby to carpool to the meeting
8:30 am          Light breakfast will be available
9:00 am          Meeting will commence
2:00 pm          Adjourn meeting

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The California Collaborative on District Reform will reimburse you for your coach class airfare and/or mileage and all other travel expenses. Travel forms are included in your meeting binder and will also be sent electronically. Please retain your receipts for reimbursement.

Airport:

Ground Transportation:

You are welcome either to rent a car or to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft or shuttle service to and from the airport. The Collaborative will reimburse you for these travel expenses.
