Anchoring this vision is a commitment to three foundational pillars: career- and college- ready students, family and community engagement, and organizational transformation. District objectives include strategic community partnerships, practical and high impact professional learning, and a district-wide culture of continuous improvement centered on teaching and learning. The plan emphasizes a holistic approach to support education and serves as a call to collective action across the district and its stakeholders.
